Commercial and residential customers in downtown Seattle are helping return public throughways to their intended pedestrian and utilitarian uses. The Clear Alleys Program (CAP) replaces Belltown, Downtown and Pioneer Square dumpsters with daily bag pickup service, creating cleaner, safer alleys. Customers with available off-alley storage are permitted to set out containers for collection during restricted time periods.
